ALPS uni butts have a reputation for being beautifully finished, strong, functional and durable. ALPS uni butts have the same amazing finish as the reel seats being CNC machined from marine grade aluminium so they will not corrode. The uni butts are finished with hard anodising that is also durable as well as attractive. Alps uni butts also have a new pinning system that locks the gimbal and the fixed hood for precise alignment and eliminates the hood and gimbal spinning loose.

To finish of the ALPS uni butt design the knurled hex nuts for easier gripping and tightening of hoods and the Delrin washers between nuts on sizes, 1-5.

The uni butts come in both straight and curved configurations and the ferrules and thread patterns match most popular brands for interchangeability.
