Shipping Policy
- Processing Time:
- We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours (1 working day) after receiving payment. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
- Shipping Methods and Carriers:
- We offer various shipping methods, including Australia Post Express Post service, and Couriers for specific products. The available options may depend on the destination and the size/weight of the package.
- We work with trusted shipping carriers such as Australia Post to ensure your package is delivered securely and on time.
- Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are determined based on factors such as package weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. The exact shipping cost can be calculated during the checkout process. However, the actual shipping prices may at times based on location, in the case of being different the Exclusive Tackle Team will contact the customer prior to shipping the order.
- Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping on certain products or orders. Keep an eye out for any promotional offers or codes.
- Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. All orders shipped via Australia Post must be followed up by the recipient of the order before Exclusive Tackle can escalate to Australia Post.
- Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship to Australia & New Zealand. Please contact our Exclusive Tackle Team on info@exclusivetackle.com.au for alternative countries.
- We adhere to all relevant international shipping regulations. Some restrictions may apply to specific items such as hazardous materials, perishable goods, or items with certain certifications or licenses. Please review the product description for any shipping restrictions.
- Any customs fees, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- Address Accuracy:
- It's important to provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. We will not be held responsible for delays or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please review your shipping details carefully before finalising your purchase.
- Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages:
- While we strive to ensure that your packages arrive on time and in perfect condition, unexpected events may occur during transit. If your package is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact Australia Post if your order was shipped using this method OR our Exclusive Tackle Team promptly (within 24 hours of delivery), and we will work with you to resolve the issue if a courier was used to ship the order. Please take photos where relevant.
